Marvel’s next superhero made sure people got to see ‘Black Panther’ with inspiring idea

The Marvel superheroes stick together, are even teaming up off screen. 

Brie Larson, the star of the upcoming Captain Marvel, used her sizable Twitter following for good by  starting a thread for people who wanted to buy Black Panther tickets for anyone who couldn’t afford it. Using the #payitforward hashtag, she started coordinating between those seeking to help, and those who don’t have the means for a ticket.

In the short amount of time since the post has been up, it’s already gotten widespread traction. People from Atlanta to South Africa are offering to buy tickets and then coordinating through their DMs. Even actress and filmmaker Haley Webb got involved. Read more…
