Sean Bean’s unmatched talent for dying on screen has traumatized fans everywhere. 

Lord of the Rings, Game of Thrones — the list of gut-wrenching deaths is long enough to outlast most Sean Bean characters. He knows he’s caused us a lot of pain in the past. But hopefully his new role in the upcoming Hitman 2 can provide some bloody catharsis for all our grief.

Because instead of mourning him, players will now be tasked with figuring out how to kill his character, Mark Fab, as the world-class assassin Agent 47. Faba, a former M15 agent nicknamed “The Undying” (lol), will be the first Elusive Target mission released for the game a week after it launches on Nov 13. Read more…

This ‘Game of Thrones’ casting news could hint at a Season 8 storyline

It may be many long and dismal months before the Game of Thrones finale arrives, but when it comes to Westeros it’s never too early to start speculating.

The latest Season 8 clues come courtesy of fan site Watchers on the Wall, who have done a splendid bit of detective work to track down a new — and potentially important — addition to the cast.

That addition is a character called Sarra, who will be played by an actress called Danielle Galligan.

Maisie Williams admits she’s ‘really excited’ for ‘Game of Thrones’ to be over

Being a major star in Game of Thrones is obviously super cool — but it must be pretty darn time-consuming, too.

Everyone’s favourite list-keeper and Frey-slayer, a.k.a. Maisie Williams, recently spoke to BBC Newsbeat about her plans after Game of Thrones is over.

From the sounds of it, she can’t wait.

“I’m really excited for Game of Thrones to finish and there’s going to be time for me to do whatever I want,” Williams said.

“That’s just incredibly exciting and it will be nice to pick roles that I want to do.” Read more…
