The Golden Globes might be a bit of a blur to us now, but there’s one person who still stands out in our minds: FIJI Water woman

In case you’re not sure who I’m on about, “FIJI Water woman” was the nickname given to Kelleth Cuthbert, the woman who became an icon after photobombing several celebrities on the red carpet at the Globes. 

In an unexpected turn of events, Cuthbert — whose real name is Kelly Steinbach — is now suing FIJI Water Company and The Wonderful Company, claiming they created a cardboard cutout marketing campaign using her image without her authorisation.  Read more…

They say that art imitates life, but in this case they definitely got it the wrong way round.

On Sunday night, a multitude of Hollywood stars walked the red carpet for the Golden Globes. E’s live feed was there to capture it all.

When The Good Place star Jameela Jamil arrived, though, people noticed something a little strange.

Yep: someone captioned Jamil with the name Kamilah Al-Jamil, which is actually the name of her Good Place character Tahani’s sister (played by Rebecca Hazlewood) — the same sister who is constantly one-upping Tahani in the show. Read more…

It wouldn’t be a Hollywood awards season without some ups and downs, and the 2019 Golden Globes came through as usual. 

One part love-filled compliment fest and two parts uncomfortable snub parade, the night included Black Panther heading home award-less and a whole bunch of A-listers getting free flu shots.

Christian Bale made it clear how he feels about former U.S. vice president Dick Cheney while accepting the Golden Globe for Vice.

The newly-crowned Best Actor in a Motion Picture – Musical or Comedy) stepped up to accept his award on Sunday, when he thanked the usual cast, director and crew in his acceptance speech. 

Oh, and he let slip his guiding light on how he embodied Cheney.

New ‘Game of Thrones’ footage shows Sansa’s first meeting with Daenerys

Game of Thrones fans have been starved for months for a look at the show’s final season, and we finally got one during the 2019 Golden Globe Awards.

In a new promo for HBO’s 2019 seasons, we witness Sansa Stark’s first meeting with Daenerys Targaryen, who arrives in Winterfell on the arm of Jon Snow.

“Winterfell is yours, your grace,” says Sansa. We can only imagine how loaded those words are from one queen to another – Jon’s relationship to either notwithstanding. Also, Dany’s winter furs are fresh as hell!
