Best pals ever Post Malone and Jimmy Fallon visit Olive Garden

Jimmy Fallon has never been to Olive Garden.
Fortunately he’s in the safe hands of Post Malone, who is a big time fan of the Italian-American chain. The “Rockstar” rapper showed the late show host all the delights of Post Malone-style free breads…

This Olive Garden commercial script introducing lasagna wings is just too good

TwitterFacebook

Writer and comedian Keaton Patti tweeted on Wednesday that he forced a bot to watch over 1,000 hours of Olive Garden commercials and then asked it to write its own version. Prepare for pasta nachos and lasagna wings.

The scene opens with a group of friends meeting at Olive Garden for dinner, when a waitress delivers “what could be considered food.”

“Food” includes pasta nachos that are “warm and defeated,” lasagna wings with “extra Italy,” and unlimited stick.

Never have I ever been in a chain restaurant bathroom with proper ventilation. Only in New York do you wait over two hours to be eat iHOP pancakes, congealed to form a singular fetid blob, in a booth stripped off its padding, with only its hard wooden skeleton — and your eviscerated hope — to pad you. You can get Italian nachos at Olive Garden now

TwitterFacebook

Olive Garden has released a dish called the “loaded pasta chips.”

The Italian-ish restaurant chain debuted the carb-heavy chips last week. The “chips” are made of fried lasagna, and come loaded with various cheeses, and a “hearty meat sauce” that’s made up of chicken, meatballs, and sausage. Then it’s topped off with alfredo sauce and tomatoes. According to Olive Garden’s menu, the dish comes out to a whopping 1,520 calories.

Like with Olive Garden’s other dishes, people are questioning the pasta chips’ cultural authenticity. Read more…
