Ugly sneakers (or Air Grandads as I like to call them) are kind of having a moment right now. 

First Steph Curry released his dad shoes last year. Then, Balenciaga is selling the Triple S trainer monstrosity’s for about $850. And earlier this summer Kanye West released a pair of chunky running shoes called, the Yeezy Wave Runner 700 priced at $300. 

That’s a lot of money for a sneaker that makes you look like a futuristic version of Larry David.
