But that’s not all there is.

One topic that crops up regularly on Turner’s timeline is mental health. 

She’s tweeted about it in the past and, on Wednesday, she was quick to shut down Piers Morgan when he supported Beverley Callard’s comments about the risk of mental health issues becoming “fashionable”.

Like manna from heaven, the greatest gift 2019 has proffered so far is the Greggs vegan sausage roll. 

It’s fair to say that Brits up and down the country were already somewhat enamoured with this flaky, mouth-watering delight. But, Piers Morgan was not entirely happy when the high street bakery launched a vegan version.

On Saturday, Morgan — who is on the wrong side of history 90 percent of the time — thought it would be a good idea to crack a joke about Van Dyke’s name. “Imagine being called Dick Van Dyke in the PC-crazed era?” Morgan tweeted. “Poor guy. He’ll have to change his name to Richard Van Non-Binary-Gender-Fluid.”

Getting into the holiday spirit, Morgan attempted to help turn on the Christmas lights in Stockbridge, United Kingdom, on Friday using one of those cartoon-like dynamite plungers.
