Brett Kavanaugh pal Mark Judge’s memoir ‘Wasted’ is now available to read online

Brett Kavanaugh’s pal Mark Judge has been at the center of the debate over Kavanaugh’s fitness for service as a Supreme Court justice.

Now you can read Judge’s memoir Wasted, which briefly features a character named “Bart O’Kavanaugh” who many believe is a possible stand-in for the real Kavanaugh.

The 1997 book, which has been out of print for some time and is going for very high prices on secondary sales sites, was scanned and uploaded on Wednesday to the Internet Archive.

Mark Judge’s out-of-print, hard-to-get book “Wasted” is selling on Amazon for $1,949.99. But @internetarchive is currently scanning a copy of the book and will have the text available online shortly

Trump snaps ‘I know you’re not thinking’ at woman reporter and it only gets worse from there

TwitterFacebook

President Trump can truly throw any event off the rails — even a seemingly benign event celebrating a new trade deal with Mexico and Canada.

Speaking in the Rose Garden on Monday, Trump managed to make a quite a few missteps, some of which were straight up offensive.

He started off by being snappish with reporters. As he answered reporters’ questions about the trade deal, Trump called on ABC News’ Cecilia Vega and the two had an awkward exchange that included Trump saying to her, “I know you’re not thinking, you never do.” She replied with a stunned. “I’m sorry?” But the president barged ahead without clarifying what he meant. Here’s five minutes of ‘Saturday Night Live’ Weekend Update trashing Brett Kavanaugh

TwitterFacebook

Saturday Night Live‘s recurring Weekend Update sketch is usually a rapid-fire series of one-liners cracking jokes at the top headlines of the week. It’s telling that this five-minute segment from the show’s Season 44 premiere focused only on one thing: Brett Kavanaugh.

Hosts Michael Che and Colin Jost — who look much more at home here after their questionable Emmy Awards appearance — trade barbs back and forth, touching on Kavanaugh’s angry demeanor during Thursday’s Senate hearing, his beer-soaked high school years, and his overall (lack of) fitness for the job of Supreme Court justice.  Read more…

Matt Damon was an angry, water-chugging mess as Brett Kavanaugh on ‘SNL’

Brett Kavanaugh draws a sharp rebuke from ‘The Twilight Zone’ family

TwitterFacebook

“This is ridiculous and from the Twilight Zone.”

When Brett Kavanaugh pushed back against his third accuser, Julie Swetnick, in a Wednesday statement, the Twilight Zone quote is the one that made the rounds. Now, the daughter of series creator Rod Serling has made it clear that she doesn’t approve of the comparison.

In a Friday tweet, Anne Serling — an author herself — pointed out that her father wouldn’t have appreciated the present day face of the GOP, which has descended into mudslinging and a partisan gaming of the system. She added that if the Kavanaugh matter had been written as a Twilight Zone episode, it would have played out much differently. Read more…
