Michelle Obama, Janelle Monáe, and more celebs launch voter registration campaign

Midterm elections are coming and Michelle Obama wants everybody to cast a ballot.

The former FLOTUS is assembling an all-star team of celebrities — including Lin-Manuel Miranda, Tom Hanks, Janelle Monáe, and more — to help register voters across the country.

Together, the group has formed When We All Vote: A non-profit that strives to ensure everyone’s voices can be heard in elections both big and small.

“In my family, voting was a sacred responsibility, one which we never took for granted,” Obama tweeted on Thursday to announce her latest endeavor. “I’m excited to be a part of @WhenWeAllVote to inspire and empower all eligible voters to make their voices heard#WhenWeAllVote, we can make history.” Read more…

The playwright and composer — best known for his Broadway smash hit Hamilton — will gather his well-known Twitter pep talks into a book titled Gmorning, Gnight!: Little Pep Talks for Me & You
