Spoiler alert: This post contains major spoilers for Thor: Ragnarok. 

No Marvel Cinematic Universe movie ever just ends when it ends. All of them reward audiences who sit through the credits, using the time to cram in another beat or two (or five).

In the case of Thor: Ragnarok, there are two end-credits scenes – one that teases a future installment of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, and another that seems to be just for fun. Here’s what they are and what they mean.

This is not going to go the way you think.

Or so promises Luke Skywalker in the latest Star Wars: The Last Jedi trailer, which debuted during Game 7 of the MLB World Series.

The latest promo recycles a lot of familiar footage from the previous teasers — but it also mixes in some new bits. Like the one of Luke Skywalker on the Millennium Falcon for the first time in literally decades.

All hail the king of accidental spoilers.

Mark Ruffalo was a guest on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert on Tuesday night, and he addressed his now legendary snafu — when he live streamed the first ten minutes of Thor: Ragnarok via Instagram.

It turns out Marvel/Disney/Mickey Mouse’s hired goons asked Ruffalo to do an Instagram Live post before the first showing of Thor: Ragnarok, and he obliged. Unfortunately, he thought that to stop the stream you only have to press the one button. Nope, it’s two. Read more…
