7 queer celebrity dating rumors that we desperately wish were true

TwitterFacebook

All conspiracy theories are trash — unless you’re talking about celebrity queer relationship conspiracy theories, which are 100% good and accurate.

Or so we hope. There are so many conspiracy theories in this genre that, if proven true, would bring infinite joy to queer people worldwide. The LGBTQ community has few celebrity queer relationships they can count on for gossip — a Kristen Stewart and Stella Maxwell here, a RuPaul and Georges LeBar there. By and large, however, these relationships are stable. They are healthy. They are far below the requisite drama standard for gossip.

We need more.  Read more…

Sophie Turner defends Taylor Swift’s ‘Time’ cover and is here to support all ‘The Silence Breakers’

TwitterFacebook

When Time unveiled its person of the year, “The Silence Breakers,” yesterday, it caused quite the stir. Much of that was because of one particular person on the front cover — Taylor Swift.

The superstar received some blowback from appearing on the magazine cover, even after she took the stand earlier this year to testify against a DJ who was later found guilty of groping her. Many felt as if she doesn’t deserve to be standing next to the group of other women Time highlighted, claiming Swift doesn’t openly speak about important issues unless she is directly affected.

Here’s why Kim Kardashian’s Instagram comments have been flooded with rat emojis

TwitterFacebook

It’s the feud that keeps on giving.

That Kanye West song “Famous,” as you’ll remember, re-ignited the drama between West and Swift in 2016, and Kim Kardashian found herself in the middle of it all when she leaked footage of Taylor Swift approving the line about her line last year. Fans in the Kardashian-West camp bombarded Swift with snake emojis on social media for months, which she brilliantly turned around and used as marketing for her album, reputation

Now the tables have turned.

Well over a year since West’s controversial music video for “Famous” dropped, Kim Kardashian posted a throwback picture of her gazing upon the nude celebrity sculptures that were the stars of the music video—and Swift fans can’t stop posting rat emojis.   Read more…

Taylor Swift reinvents herself (again) for her first magazine Vogue cover of the Reputation era

TwitterFacebook

It’s been a while since Taylor Swift last appeared on the cover of a magazine. But, her first cover shoot of the Reputation era is here. Somewhat unsurprisingly, the British Vogue cover is all about reinvention.

In addition to a high fashion—and kinda emo—photo shoot, Swift has also written a poem for Vogue on the topic of “reinvention and moving on.” Quelle surprise! Sadly, we have to wait until Friday, when the magazine hits stands, to get our hands on Swift’s poetry.

“It’s been a while since I’ve done a magazine cover. I’m really happy my first one back was with such wonderful people,” wrote Swift in an Instagram post about her cover shoot for the January issue of VogueRead more…
