No one needs a keg of ranch dressing, but Hidden Valley now sells one anyway

TwitterFacebook

Here’s an unexpected dinner party centerpiece: A keg containing all the ranch dressing you and your guests could want.

Hidden Valley, purveyor of creamy salad dressings, is making this – very odd, slightly off-putting – dream a reality with a new product from its 2017 holiday offerings.

This $50 mini keg, branded with the Hidden Valley logo, is capable of containing five liters of liquid at a time, and comes with a year’s worth of the brand’s ranch dressing.

Hidden Valley’s embraced gimmicky products in recent months – in March, the company unveiled a $100 ranch fountain that apparently showers crudités in creamy dressing.  Read more…

Get cheeky at Paris’ first naked restaurant, where diners eat escargot in the buff

TwitterFacebook

Why someone would want to risk dropping hot soup in their lap without a pants barrier is beyond me, but yet, the world continues to enjoy nude dining.

Naked restaurants, where folks are invited to dine in the buff, have been popping up in major cities around the world — and Paris is the latest.

Following big openings (sorry) in London and Tokyo in 2016, Paris has welcomed the arrival of O’naturel, the city’s first naturist restaurant, reports Le Parisien.

Located in a small, unassuming street in the 12th arrondissement, sporting heavy blackout curtains, the 40-seat restaurant encourages longtime nudists and newbie nudies alike to leave their belongings in the cloakroom and dine in “complete freedom.” Read more…

Lin-Manuel Miranda’s 3 year old has finally filed his review of ‘Hamilton’

TwitterFacebook

Watch out Broadway buffs, there’s a new theatre critic in town and he has a few problems with the ever-popular Hamilton

Three-year-old Sebastian spent the beginning of his birthday celebration on Saturday viewing the first act of Hamilton with his dad, playwright and composer Lin-Manuel Miranda.

When you’re the son of the play’s creator, waiting hours on Ticketmaster just isn’t a part of your theater-going experience. If only the rest of us could be so lucky.

In advance of his 3rd birthday, we took lil man to Act One of Hamilton on Saturday. His comments in this thread..pic.twitter.com/e3hBugEsnI

Romantic guy takes over a showing of ‘Thor: Ragnarok’ for a very sweet proposal

TwitterFacebook

If you’re in need of a unique way to pop the question, this sweet movie theater proposal is a solid bet.

Craig Tampin surprised his girlfriend Danielle Shaw last week with not only tickets to one of the most anticipated blockbusters of the year, but also with a request to spend the rest of their lives together.

Tampin, of New Castle, England, took Shaw to see Thor: Ragnarok for a much needed movie date and in the end, she received way more than just a bucket of buttery popcorn and a pack of Twizzlers.

“I had planned it for around eight to nine months,” Tampin told Mashable. “It wasn’t difficult as I had all the help I needed from the employees at Odeon Cinemas, who were amazing.”  Read more…

Astros fans come together to return a lost hat to its owner

TwitterFacebook

A massive group of Astros fans pulled off an impressive show of teamwork on Friday when they launched a coordinated effort to return a lost hat to its owner.

Per UPI, it all went down at a massive, multi-story parking garage in downtown Houston where fans gathered to celebrate the Astros and their World Series win.

When a woman dropped her hat from her spot multiple stories above the parade, fans came together to toss her hat from level to level, ensuring it made a safe return to its owner.

The resulting videos – the cheers, the laughter, the actual screams when an attempt to pass the hat backfired – highlights a delightful moment from the city’s first ever World Series victory parade. Read more…

Edible glitter lattes are the latest travesty to happen to coffee

TwitterFacebook

There seems to be no end to the things people want to do with their coffee. If we’re not pumpkin-spicing our lattes, we’re making our frothy coffees unicorn or horror themed.

But, now people are adding edible glitter into their coffee because … ¯\_(ツ)_/¯.

A coffee shop in the West Midlands, UK, has been making gold glitter-topped lattes and glittery turmeric lattes, and they will go on sale officially this week.

Oh dear!! Looks like a fairy just let off wind at Melbourne again #glitter #coffee #gimmicksrus pic.twitter.com/fOADn1JQuQ
