Apple wants to teach people all around the world to code, so the company is making the move to colleges worldwide.

In a Tuesday announcement Apple announced it’s introducing its Everyone Can Code initiative — which works to teach coding and app-building skills with the help of its programming language called Swift — to over 20 colleges and universities outside of the United States.

Second actress accuses ‘Gossip Girl’ star Ed Westwick of rape

TwitterFacebook

Another sexual assault allegation has come out against former Gossip Girl star Ed Westwick, this time from actress Aurélie Wynn.

A few days after Kristina Cohen spoke out against Westwick, claiming he raped her three years ago, Wynn — who went by the stage name Aurelie Marie Cao before retiring from her acting career —  wrote a Facebook post explaining she “went through a very similar ordeal” with the actor.

In the post, Wynn claims she was raped by Westwick in July 2014 after they both attended the same party.

“…Like Kristina, I said no and he pushed me face down and was powerless under his weight,” Wynn wrote. “I was wearing a one piece bathing suit that he ripped, I was in complete shock, I am also very tiny.” Read more…

Barack Obama just explained why he hates taking selfies

TwitterFacebook

Barack Obama is a good sport, so naturally he’s spent years putting up with fans who wanted to take selfies with him. He smiled that gorgeous smile and stared into the many phone screens held up in the air by strangers’ arms … but he doesn’t really like selfies, okay?

As the former POTUS kicked off the first day of The Obama Foundation Summit — a Chicago gathering of inspiring civic leaders like Prince Harry and Lin-Manuel Miranda — USA Today reported that he made a very bold move and straight up banned selfies with him and his wife, Michelle.
