There are a lot of bad superhero costumes out there. This is not one of them.

Warner Brothers has released a first look at Brenton Thwaites as Dick Grayson, a.k.a. Robin, in DC’s upcoming Titans show.

And this look … isn’t awful?

Okay, color us intrigued

Titans will feature Robin as the head of a team of upcoming heroes. They come from all walks of the DC universe and deal with fighting crime, while also handling the trials of young adulthood.

The ‘Batman Ninja’ anime trailer looks insane in the best way

TwitterFacebook

Batman Ninja is an anime movie coming out in 2018 and it looks like it could easily be the best Batman film ever made.

Starring a Samurai-esque Batman and Joker and loaded with teases of fellow heroes and villains alike, the Batman Ninja trailer gives us a glimpse at a fresh take on Batman, a hero whose Gotham City story has been told and retold countless times.

Batman Ninja has quite the star-studded anime team behind it — Takashi Okazaki of Afro Samurai doing character design, and Kazuki Nakashima of Gurren Lagann and Kill La Kill doing the screenplay — which only adds to the hype behind this movie. Read more…

People were all too happy to show respect for THEIR ‘Justice League’ on Twitter

TwitterFacebook

Justice League is far from the hit that Warner Bros. and DC were expecting. It has effectively failed at the box office on opening weekend and critics don’t seem to be too fond of it either.

People have even signed a petition hoping to get an exclusive and more cohesive cut of Zach Snyder’s version of the film released.

At this point, it is safe to say the movie has been an underwhelming flop. So, of course fans created a meme to help them cope with this lackluster Justice League film.  Read more…

Rotten Tomatoes is hiding its ‘Justice League’ score, but we’ve done the math

TwitterFacebook

Critics are in on Justice League, but Rotten Tomatoes won’t be revealing its official score until Thursday, just after the stroke of midnight. Someone finally thought to use the Tomatometer to drive eyeballs to a live streaming event, and so here we are.
