The #MeToo moment finally appears to be closing in on Woody Allen — and it’s about damn time. 

On Thursday, Jan. 18, his adoptive daughter Dylan Farrow will finally get the chance she deserved years ago, to talk about her accusation of sexual abuse in her first ever televised interview.

CBS fires Charlie Rose following sexual misconduct allegations

CBS News has officially cut ties with longtime television host Charlie Rose after The Washington Post reported eight women accused him of sexual misconduct.

Following the news on Monday the network suspended the host, but on Tuesday afternoon CBS News announced via Twitter that Rose had been fired as a result of the allegations.

‘CBS This Morning’ anchors respond to Charlie Rose allegations the way you should

Television host Charlie Rose is the latest media man to be accused of sexual misconduct, and his female colleagues are weighing in.

After The Washington Post reported that eight women had come forward to speak out against Rose on Monday, CBS This Morning’s Gayle King and Norah O’Donnell addressed the allegations on air, acknowledging Rose was their co-worker but making it clear they stand with the women who came forward.

“It takes a lot of courage for these women to come forward and I think that they should continue to do so,” O’Donnell said, kicking off the emotional segment. “This is a moment that demands a frank and honest assessment about where we stand and more generally the safety of women.”  Read more…
