Adam Levine showed his nipples during the Super Bowl halftime show and didn’t get in trouble at all

What is it with nipples at the Super Bowl?

During Sunday’s halftime show, Maroon 5’s Adam Levine decided to take his shirt off for the crowd, because something was necessary to liven up the musical equivalent of a jar of mayonnaise.

The problem? The Super Bowl halftime show has a storied history — with all the pearl clutching over Janet Jackson’s nipple more than a decade ago. Justin Timberlake, who exposed Janet’s nipple in 2004, returned to the Super Bowl last year and fans were quick to slam him. And now it’s Levine’s turn to feel the heat.

Oh but we can see Adam Levine’s nipples @FCC

Marshawn Lynch’s big mood stole the Super Bowl pregame show

Super Bowl LII isn’t even over and we already have an MVP.

Ahead of the kickoff on Sunday night, Oakland Raiders running back Marshawn Lynch stole the show during the presentation of the Walter Payton Man of the Year award.

As the camera panned across the players gathered on the field for the presentation, it caught Lynch — decked out in a branded sweatsuit from his apparel line — sitting down, while everyone else around him was standing

Stadium for Super Bowl LIII has parking lots full of EV charging plugs

TwitterFacebook

The winner of Sunday’s Super Bowl is already determined: electric vehicles.

The big football game between the Los Angeles Rams and New England Patriots is at Mercedes-Benz Stadium (MBS) in Atlanta  — and the newest NFL stadium was built with sustainability in mind. Part of its modern design is sections of its parking lots devoted to electric car charging.

Electric vehicle (EV) charging is available for up to 48 cars at a time, for those with a purchased parking pass. Compare that to the three charging stations at Soldier Field in ChicagoFedEx Field in Washington, D.C., does have 10 chargers, but that’s nothing compared to the dozens of DC (direct current) fast charger plugs MBS offers. Those chargers can fill batteries up to 80 percent in about 30 minutes — or about one half-time show. Read more…
