Netflix is reviving the controversy around the death of Kathleen Peterson in 2001 with a new documentary series that expands on one of the first and most popular true-crime series to hit television: The Staircase.
Coming to Netflix June 8, The Staircase will take a look at the death of Kathleen, which her husband Michael claimed happened because she fell down the staircase. Michael was convicted of murdering Kathleen in 2003 despite his claim of innocence and the documentary series chronically the whole ordeal followed soon after in 2004 — and lots of legal happenings have taken place since then. ‘Game of Thrones’ composer plays theme song with a Nintendo Labo piano

In a cruel twist of fate, Ramin Djawadi, the acclaimed composer of Game of Thrones‘ iconic theme song, had his orchestra of talented musicians replaced with a cardboard piano, but he still managed to make do.
Using nothing but a Nintendo Switch and a Nintendo Labo cardboard piano, Djawadi recreated the Game of Thrones theme song, recording separate parts for the bass line, the melody, and the percussion. You can tell he’s a bit uneasy about the whole thing — what respectable musician wouldn’t be — but nevertheless nails it.
Let’s not replace the orchestra with the Labo piano, though, please. Read more…

After five seasons, Brooklyn Nine-Nine has been canceled by Fox, The Hollywood Reporter reported Thursday. Fans of the show are distraught, to say the least, and immediately began voicing their sadness on Twitter.
